    Nh1816 Verzekeringen<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, founded in 1816, is a traditional and independent player in the Dutch Insurance market, where the go-to-market channel, unlike most, is not direct to the end customer but through hundreds of local agents throughout the country.<\/p>\n\n

    Nh1816 Verzekeringen daily receives more than 1,000 customer e-mails and an equal number of documents related to insurance claims within home, car, travel, and other insurance products. The company has grown +\/- 10% YoY for several years and expects to continue this trend. A higher degree of automation will thus support continued growth by tackling the increasing work volume, consequently avoiding an addition in corresponding staff.<\/p>\n\n
